Lead to develop brand-level Pricing & Market Access strategy and action plan
1. Understand brand knowledge, policy environment & trend to analyze & identify key access direction for new assets
2. Lead internal and external communication for developing the optimal pricing and market access
strategy (pricing, reimbursement, VBP, tendering, distribution, insurance, etc.) and related action plan
3. Timely communicate with PCD/OBD, MAD, Cross-functional communication and related influence
4. The comprehensive analysis, proposal and recommendation for access direction
5. Feedback of global/ASCA,PCD/OBD
Lead to holistic access project management and implementation to ensure the best outcomes
1.Timely understand latest policy dynamics and identify the opportunity & risk for access by brand level
2. Organize and drive team discussion & actions to maximize the policy opportunity & risk mitigation plan
3. Lead China local access projects or support global/ASCA access projects
Qualifications
1.At least 2 years of pharmaceutical related working experience in MNCs, Marketing/NPP or market access, or top tier consulting firm for pharmaceutical industry.
2.Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English
