Key Responsibility Areas:
Process all communications, including phone calls, email, correspondence, mail, and faxes.
Makes ad hoc delegation decisions on communications and implements them.
Manages a highly complex business calendar with a keen sense of prioritization and time management to ensure maximum effectiveness of time use by the President.
Coordinates Board meetings and related activities, and other non-board leadership activities of the President.
Collects and consolidates management data/reports from each functional area in order to track performance against corporate strategy.
Organizes confidential files, manages relevant data, and maintains accurate records.
Coordinates all travel arrangements for President and others as needed and processes all expense reports on time.
Sets up luncheons, dinners, and meetings.
Functions as the recorder and prepares meeting minutes and coordinates all materials.
Tracks action items and follows up activities of direct reports and other staff on behalf of the President.
Requirements:
Mastery of specific Microsoft Office and digital tools as well as the various advanced technologies
Skills in process and project management, time management, and prioritization
Ability to manage the complexity while communicating with different internal and / or external stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work independently with little guidance and to recognize and respond to business-related issues in a professional manner.
Ability to analyze relevant alternatives, create rational recommendations, and implement positive outcomes.
Ability to work independently and deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner.
Diplomacy, reliability, dependability, and patience to support senior Executives.
Positive mindset, proactive and engaging.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential
