岗位职责
The data engineer is a member of the Digital Clinical Development, reporting administratively to digital clinical data integration product line manager.
Responsible for clinical system(product) development, enhancement and testing base on business requirements in agile way of work.
Identify,design,and implement data process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
Coordinate with user, global team, quality team and standard definition team to understand and confirm the requirement.
Support product owner to decompose user story and estimate the story points based on the user story
Contribute change impact assessments.
Coordinate with BA for source to target data mapping activities
Create ETL jobs and perform Unit Testing
Support QA in SIT/UAT phases
Escalate issues and risks
Identify decisions needed and call out dependencies
数据工程师是数字临床开发的成员，以行政方式向数字临床数据集成产品线经理报告。
负责临床系统（产品）的开发、增强和基于业务需求的敏捷工作方式的测试。
识别、设计和实施数据处理改进：自动化手动流程、优化数据交付、重新设计基础架构以提高可扩展性等
与用户、全球团队、质量团队和标准定义团队协调，了解并确认需求。
支持产品负责人分解用户故事，并根据用户故事估计故事点
参与变更影响评估。
与 BA 协调源到目标的数据映射活动
创建 ETL 作业并执行单元测试
在 SIT/UAT 阶段支持 QA
上报问题和风险
