岗位职责
This role will be responsible for designing, prioritizing, and executing medicinal chemistry plans
and managing internal/external chemistry teams to deliver high quality clinical candidates. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/岗位主要职责：
1. Independently plan, execute, interpret, and optimize structure activity/property relationship
campaigns, with a focus on hypothesis-driven design to deliver high quality clinical candidates. 2. Effectively work in close collaboration with computational chemists to rapidly advance drug
discovery programs. 3. Manage and optimize project specific resources including external chemistry FTEs at CROs. 4. Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive projects from hit ID to clinical candidate nomination. 5. Contribute to evaluation of new target opportunities. Experience/经验要求：
1. Demonstrated track record of creativity, learning agility, and problem solving in medicinal
chemistry through peer-reviewed publications/patents. 2. Proven project leadership skills of progressing compounds to clinical candidates. 3. Experience in working with external CRO partners. Specific skills/技能要求：
1. Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of industry experience or M.S. with
10+ years of industry experience, working in a pharmaceutical / biotechnology setting as a
medicinal chemist. 2. Contemporary knowledge of the key Medicinal Chemistry concepts, with the ability to design
compounds for multiparametric optimization. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good level of fluency in English. 4. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to expeditiously change course as part of working in a
dynamic, interdisciplinary setting
