Principal Roles & Responsibilities/Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

Partners Closely with Leaders of the Assigned TA to Plan and Develops the Learning and Development Plan for the TA:
Obtains thorough understanding of the regional external and internal business environment including its business strategies, products, talent landscape, and relevant external trends; develops a clear picture of the opportunities, challenges, and implications for the region business team learning and development
Identifies the current and future capability and knowledge gaps critical to achieving the business goals; works with regional stakeholders to prioritize and agree on areas of learning and development focus and investment for the region
Formulates the learning & development framework for the region and develops executable and measurable learning & development total solutions
Plans and manages budgets, identifies and takes actions on potential areas of cost synergy to improve both client experience and resource utilization
Performs as A Resource Integrator for the Region to Manage and Ensure the Fulfillment of Learning & Development Total Solutions:
Assign region to define key resources, working process, and deliverables for learning and development solutions
Integrates appropriate internal and external resources by cooperating with TA Learning Partner, TA learning expert, Learning solution etc.. and external vendors for design and delivery of learning & development solutions
Customizes existing Learning & Development solutions with Regional elements to better cater to regional context
Optimizes the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Learning & Development Solutions:
Regularly reviews and improves the learning & development solutions to proactively keep up with changes in the Region Business
Continuously looks for opportunities to optimize RCA processes and mechanism, facilitate smooth cooperation with TA learning partner, TA learning expert, etc.
Qualification and Experience能力与经验
Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Organizational Development or equivalent; Medical major or equivalent; Master's degree is preferred. Significant work experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably as LEL, REL with a deep and practical understanding of the Business Demonstrated experience and solid knowledge in functional and general training areas with excellent consulting skills and project management skills
