1) Develop high quality regional marketing plan; and ensure the regional marketing plan fit with the local market conditions and theoverallcentra marketing strategies; act as a member of the regional management team 2) Integrate the central marketing and regional programs and at the regional level to ensure alignment and appropriate resource deployment 3) Implement central marketing programs in the responsible region to achieve the pre-defined objectives and KPIs including the business impact, the timeline and the budget 4) Consolidate regional inputs on marketing programs and feedback them to line manager 5) Build a solid understanding of the regional market; maintain strong relationship with the KOLs in the region 6) Supervise the regional product managers and develop their capabilities
