岗位职责:
协助部门负责人进行预算管理、日常管理、重点工作事项协调、报告制作、文件资料管理等。
Assist the department head in budget management, daily operations, coordination of key tasks, report generation, and document management, etc.
1.协助部门负责人进行部门预算管理及相关事务的内外部沟通协调。
Assist the department head in managing department budgets and coordinating related communications with internal and external stakeholders.
2.协助部门的日常管理,如日常办公、人事接待、会议协调/跟进、内外部沟通等。
Support the department's daily operations, including routine office work, reception, coordinating meetings and following up, and facilitating internal and external communications, etc.
3.部门重点工作事项的协调、跟进及落实。
Coordinate, follow up on, and ensure the implementation of department key objectives.
4.部门各类日常报告协调/整理/制作。
Coordinate, organize, and prepare various routine reports for the department.
5.文件资料的翻译、校对、质量检查。
Be responsible for translating, proofreading, and quality-checking of documents.
6.部门邮箱、传真机的管理。
Manage group mailboxes and fax.
7.部门重要文件资料的管理、归档等。
Manage and archive important department documents.
8.部门负责人安排的其他工作任务。
Handle other tasks assigned by the department head.
资历要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,3年以上工作经验。
Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. 熟练使用办公软件,PPT制作能力良好优先。
Proficient in office software, with strong PowerPoint presentation skills preferred.
3.认真负责,责任心强,有想法、有逻辑。
Diligent, responsible, with logical thinking and innovative ideas.
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力,较强的统筹协调能力。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong organizational abilities.
