任职要求:
1、To cooperate with international sales to do pre-sales and after-sales technical support work, including technical exchanges with users, technical solution presentation, demonstration experiment, teaching experiment, and product after-sales problem handling.
配合国际销售做好产品售前、售后技术支持工作,包括与用户的技术交流、技术方案宣讲,演示实验、带教实验及产品售后问题处理;
2、To solve customer's technical, product performance and ordering problems before and after sales;
解决客户在售前、售后提出的关于技术、产品性能、订购方面的问题;
3、To be responsible for dealing with international customer feedback related issues, and to put forward suggestions; And to establish quality feedback files, so that the feedback records, has processing results, and is timely reported to the company;
负责处理国际客户反馈的相关问题,并提出处理意见;并建立质量反馈档案,做到反馈有记录,有处理结果,及时向公司上报相关情况;
4、To collect competitors' information and report it to superiors in time, and conduct analysis and research.
收集竞争对手信息及时汇报给上级领导,并进行分析研究。
任职资格
1、At least Bachelor Degree in Medical laboratory、Biology or other related major;
医学检验、生物技术相关专业,本科及以上学历;
2、 Fluent oral and written English, workable English level;
英语口语及读写能力优秀,能作为工作语言;
3、Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, customer service awareness and team work spirit, able to work under pressure and resolve conflicts
责任心强,有良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识及团队合作精神,能在压力下工作和解决冲突;
4、Experience in diagnostic reagent product development or after-sales service is preferred.
有诊断试剂产品研发或售后服务工作经验者优先考虑。
