岗位职责:
• Deliver day-to-day retirement and absence management services and support in accordance with Company policies and programs.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve overall outcomes, productivity, and accuracy.
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalations, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
• Lead data integrity efforts to ensure employee retirement and leaves programs are being delivered according to legal and company standards.
• Consult with Total Rewards COE and/or third party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes.
• In partnership with internal business partners and third party vendors, ensure that all quality control objectives are being met.
• Partner with managers and team leads on training for internal and third party vendor resources as needed.
