The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and organizing foundational and approval documents and ensuring their accurate and timely upload into the due diligence system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and organize foundational and approval documents for third-party intermediaries.
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of all materials into the due diligence system.
- Cross-check system data to verify consistency and resolve conflicts.
- Track and document follow-up conditions or actions required for approvals.
- Provide regular reminders and follow-ups on pending conditions and tasks.
