• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, project management, or business data analysis
• Good knowledge of SAP preferred
• Effective communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic knowledge of SAP

岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Thermo booking policy by checking contract information from the sales team
• Input all orders accurately and in a timely manner into SAP
• Manage and process orders to ensure timely revenue recognition and prompt closure of orders
• Issue invoices to customers and ensure they receive them
• Regularly review and track accounts receivable
• Support sales engineers in checking spare parts inventory or order status
• Assist sales team with internal issues
