任职要求:
Minimum 10 years working as a leader in kidney care especially dialysis
• Registered Physician /Nephrologist
• Competent with Word/Excel/Power Point
• Experienced in teaching and policy development.
• Experience of managing a department or business unit.
• Excellent managerial skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own and business workload.
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from General Manager.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
• Should have a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin
岗位职责:
Patient Safety - The CMO will be accountable for delivering safe care for all of their responsible patients and will:
• Reinforce the message that patient safety is at the heart of all of the company’s clinical
activities with the aspiration of becoming a zero avoidable harm, high reliability kidney care provider.
• Demonstrate authentic leadership to teammates (TMs) in pursuit of a positive safety culture and a learning healthcare environment.
• Impress upon TMs the importance of constant surveillance of the patient environment and patient care activities for potential risks to safety. This will include the reporting of ‘near
misses’ as well adverse occurrences.
• Hold physicians accountable for centralized safety and adverse event reporting.
• Participate in the investigation (eg. root cause analysis) of adverse occurrences and support the clinic teams in the analysis, remediation and feedback of findings/action plan to TMs.
• Discuss where relevant cases that require escalation with the country Nursing Lead / DCS in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for accurate and timely central reporting of Safety related KPIs for their region.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of any safety related issues as required.
Clinical Performance and Quality - The CMO will have direct accountability and oversight of all aspects of clinical care in their region, including:
• Responsibility for each clinic achieving its preset clinical KPI goals.
• Overseeing and defining scope of clinical quality improvement (QI) programs for their clinics.
• Clinical KPI reporting (eg. Fundamentals, PROMs. Etc.).
• Overseeing clinical audits in partnership with the DCS.
• Ensuring that biomed reporting and processes are fulfilled in partnership with the country biomed lead.
• Helping with physician change management related to rollouts of new initiatives and clinical performance.
• Implementing standardized clinical governance and audit processes.
• Establishing a strategy for holding physicians accountable for outcomes.
• Establishing complex programs and educational programs (diabetic foot examination, nutritional, wellbeing, exercise, etc.) to drive QI.
• Partaking in regular quality meetings with clinic teams on a regular basis (eg. Huddles, Safety Briefings, QAPIs, etc.).
• Where a clinic or group of patients is receiving care not in keeping with the company’s clinical standards, the CMO will provide direct support to improve clinical quality.
• Involvement in clinical due diligence when requested by the country GM.
Patient Experience - The CMO will participate in reviews of patient experience for clinics in their area in partnership with the country Director of Clinical Services (DCS) and operations team. This may be through:
• Survey results.
• Studies of Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs).
• Direct patient feedback/complaints.
• Chairing a patient participation group to canvas opinion of patients to help improve their care/co-production of services.
The CMO may be required to act as an extra point of contact should communication between a
patient and the TMs in their clinic not meet patient needs. The CMO will also be expected to work with other functional teams to ensure that patient experience is of the highest quality and
differentiated. This may involve co-design of programs to improve experience.
Medical Education - There will be a need for the CMO to be involved in educational programs where necessary by:
• Developing high quality medical education materials for physicians, nurses or other relevant stakeholders.
• Delivering teaching in to TMs by a number of methods (eg. In person, online).
• Identify areas of educational need related to safety or quality performance and target education programs to meet those needs.
Physician Engagement - The CMO will assist with physician engagement including:
• Assisting the Country GM in short and long term strategy, objectives and execution for DVA physician engagement programs.
• Organizing local physician networks.
• Developing recruitment and retention strategies.
• Developing nephrology fellow/medical student/other physicians engagement activities.
• Coordinating regional quality circles and summits.
• Leading physician change management activities.
• Design and implementation of the physician components of change management communications.
Other - At the request of the General Manager/International CMO, the country CMO may be required to assist with:
• Clinical research (eg. Epidemiological, de novo research).
