本项目是橙康生物与上海大学中瑞先进技术研究院共同研发孵化, 基于全球首创的纳米粒子胶体生物传感器技术，开发传染性疾病和癌症伴随诊断核酸快检产品。项目领衔人牛津大学教授Charles Lawrie先生，是国际癌症生物标志物及病毒诊断领域的先驱。公司在上海及西班牙两地设有专业实验室，由一支专业的国际化团队共同研究开发。
Based on customer needs and the company's new product development plan, research and develop relevant IVD technologies and products, furthermore provide professional technical support for production transformation and product launch:
 Responsible for IVD new product development work, specific work includes but not limited to:
 Under the guidance of the CSO and R&D project manager, carrying out IVD reagent/device development according to milestones and timelines defined within R&D plans.
 Use technical and theoretical understanding to propose and execute detailed plans for high quality and complex laboratory experiments.
 Analyze and evaluate experimental results, and produce comprehensive & concise reports/documents regularly and in a timely manner. When needed, effectively present findings to team members and senior management.
 Assist in communication with CROs and providing materials for clinical validation studies.
 Assist in product registration work in the preparation and improvement of relevant technical documents.
 Carry out the daily use and maintenance of experimental instruments and equipment.
 Responsible for the analysis and solution of technical problems/complain after the product launch.
 Provide support and training between R&D sites
 Support other ad hoc projects upon request.
 Participate in the work related to the product production transfer process, solve the work related to the technology in the production process, and be responsible for the writing and updating of documents related to R&D and production transformation.
 Perform additional duties as assigned.
[Requirement]
 Master degree or above, majored in Biology, Biotechnology and other related fields.
 Three or more (3+) years of working experience in life sciences R&D environment; Experience of IVD product development is a plus.
 Good at summarizing and analyzing experimental results, and able to read English literature or technical data skillfully.
 Have good independent work, learning ability and problem analysis, processing ability.
 Good communication skills and social skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
 Willing to travel and work abroad.
