Job Description Summary
Implement Medical Affairs Management / Generalist plans, processes and policies and provide ongoing support to promote Galderma's products, clinical trials on marketed products, product line extensions and products under development.
Career Stream Tasks
- Implement and execute Medical Affairs Management / Generalist processes and policies through ongoing support and solutions
- Contribute to developing information distribution, documentation, labelling and promotional materials for marketed products in compliance with corporate standards and government/industry regulations to meet business needs
- Track the alignment of the Medical Affairs Management / Generalist activities related to the promotion of the organization's products, clinical trials on marketed products, product line extensions and products under development and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes
- Implement, execute and maintain the programs and policies of Medical Affairs Management / Generalist
- Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to Medical Affairs Management / Generalist programs and policies
- Collaborate with other teams like marketing to support all stakeholders
- Participate in driving transformation and change of Medical Affairs Management / Generalist practices to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

- Work independently with limited supervision
