Accountabilities:
To assess high risks exposures from compliance digital tool and independently conduct periodical monitoring/investigation on high risk activities.
To support stakeholders for event execution monitoring.
To conduct compliance investigation/compliance proactive review and provide remediation action plan when needed.
To follow up compliance findings and reinforce compliance streamline.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant subject matter
Passed CICPA/ACCA/AICPA or equivalent qualification is preferred
Skills:
Strong communication and interaction skills with both internal and external stakeholders are highly required
Experience:
3-4 years working experience as forensic consultant or auditor in big 4 CPA firm or MNC
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry will be a plus
Solid experience in the field of compliance & investigation
Solid knowledge of compliance related laws and regulations
Competency:
Good analytic capability including the ability to identify root causes of issues and corrective actions
Strong interpersonal and communication soft skills is required for cross function collaboration
Ability to work proactively
Fluent in English and Chinese
