Job Description
Achieve territory plan objectives in accordance with company policies and procedures and under the supervision of the IDS project leader: Listing and promote usage of AX products in public hospital dermatology department; Raise awareness and recommendation of CX products; Implement CTMP strategy in KOL engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory, achieve the greatest degree of sales growth and market share increase; Collect and analyze target hospital potential and competitors’ intelligence, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
• Maintain ongoing communication, influencing and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve sales execution strategy and tactics.
• Set customer performance targets, select 4P / 3Ds opportunities, and to deliver effective execution of key account plans.
• Ensure appropriate resource allocation and that plans are aligned with Galderma’s local strategy.
• Articulate the unique position of the product vs competitive products on the market, ensure integrated alignment of sales efforts with brand plans and customer strategies.
• Works with management, other BUs sales team, marketing, medical and commercial team to keep strategy and implementation aligned across functions.
• Closely collaborate with external partners/dealers to drive listing. Monitors and evaluates compliance and takes timely corrective action where necessary. Reports planning, collecting and follow up; Budget planning and controlling.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor degree and above; Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred.
• At least 5 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry.
• Preferred experience of public hospital listing and market development OR sales in Dermatology; Preferred experience of biologics/high value product sales in public hospital.
• Good learning agility for professional knowledge; Successful personal sales record; Strong KOLs and key stakeholders management skill; Ability to work in a matrix organization-team player (sales, medical and marketing); Good coordination and project management skills; Good presentation and communication skills; Market sensitivity and analysis ability.
