岗位职责

1. 参与吉迈部门整体研发管线的搭建，为研发管线提供意见和建议； Contribute to the oncology portfolio for the discovery and development of novel targets and indications by providing valuable suggestions and insights. 2. 负责新靶点的评估与立项；肿瘤疫苗或肿瘤免疫药物研发项目前期技术分析，立项和背景调研，对项目进行可行性分析； Lead the evaluation and establishment of new projects for novel targets, conduct technical analysis, background research of mRNA drug development project, and conduct feasibility study of the project. 3. 肿瘤疫苗或免疫肿瘤候选药物的构建与评估； Construction and evaluation of cancer vaccine or tumor immunology molecules. 4. 体内外药效实验的设计与开发； Design and develop in vivo and in vitro efficacy assays. 5. 推动研发项目的进展，管理项目进度； Drive and manage the project progress and schedule. 6. 参与肿瘤疫苗或肿瘤免疫技术平台的建立，规划，和升级 Contribute to establishing, planning, and upgrading cancer vaccine or I/O tech platform. 7. 负责内部团队的搭建和管理, 包括人才招募、人员管理、技术指导及人员辅导。 Responsible for team building and management, including hiring, managing, guiding and mentoring.. 8. 负责公司及上级布置的其他工作 Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 任职条件 Requirement： 1. 免疫学、生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等相关专业博士5年以上或硕士10年以上疫苗、肿瘤免疫，融合蛋白、抗体等新药研发经验； PhD in immunology, biochemistry, molecule biology, cell biology or related science with more than 5 years’ experience in cancer vaccine, tumor immunology, fusion protein, antibody drug discovery and development. Or Master with 10 +years’ experience. 2. 及时跟进相关靶点最新研究进展，具有较强的总结分析能力； Ability to timely follow up the latest research progress of relevant targets, and strong ability to analyze and summarize it. 3. 熟悉大分子新药研发流程及相关实验技术(如：表达纯化，分子构建，FACS、生物活性，免疫细胞功能分析等) ，肿瘤疫苗或肿瘤免疫相关背景扎实； Proficiency in bio-macromolecular drug discovery, development process and related experimental techniques (e.g., expression and purification, molecular construction, FACS, biological activity, immune cell function analysis, etc.); Strong background in cancer vaccine or tumor immunology. 4. 对大分子药物体内外功能活性有深入的了解，能独立设计相关实验验证其MoA； Have in-depth knowledge of in vitro and in vivo bioactivity of bio-macromolecular dru
