具体职责：
1.负责零售目标达成。
Be responsible for achieving retail goals
2.负责零售终端销售跟进
Follow up retail terminal sales
3.负责零售业务数据的分析报告。
Responsible for the analysis report of retail business data.
4.负责支持零售业务经营目标的制定、费用的执行、分析报告等。
Be responsible for supporting the formulation of retail business objectives, expense implementation, analysis report, etc.
5.负责零售项目管理，包括事务统筹、沟通联络、进度管理等。
Be responsible for retail project management, including overall planning, communication, progress management, etc.
6.支持零售项目市场活动的开展。
Support the development of retail project marketing activities
7.支持项目各项协议的拟定，提供市场信息。
Support the drafting of various project agreements and provide market information.
8.上级交办的其他各项工作。
Other work assigned by the superior.
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，医学/药学相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine/pharmacy is preferred
2.熟悉医药市场环境与行业动态，具有零售业务管理经验、相关财务知识。
Familiar with the pharmaceutical market environment and industry dynamics, with retail business management experience and relevant financial knowledge
3.一定的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Certain English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
4.具备数据整理、分析、判断能力
