Job Responsibilities ● Develop medical and scientific capabilities of specific TA ● Monitor the benefit and risk profile of the products ● Ensure strategic medical strategies and key brand medical plans are in place for the product commercialization ● Provide medical input and participate in cross-functional projects such as strategic planning, product development and business development ● Provide medical guidance label updates and regulatory submissions ● Provide guidance and consultation in responding unsolicited scientific queries from medical and healthcare professionals, in conjunction with the Medical information function ● Indentify, build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders ● Review and sign off promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy, highest standards and compliance ● Provide leadership & management for medical affairs function ● Identify, recruit, develop and retain the key talents in medical affairs function ● Conduct annual staff objective setting and performance review process ● Promote cross-functional collaboration & partnership Qualification & Requirement: ● MD or PhD ● Minimum 10 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in medical affairs ● Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical product life cycle management process, policies and regulations ● Outstand interpersonal skills ● Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills ● Excellent leadership & team working skills
