Responsibilities:
1. Develop a long-term strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives, ensuring the broad uptake of our new products.
2. Maintain a high level of both therapeutic and product knowledge in order to communicate the scientific and clinical benefits effectively and establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with the key opinion leaders, medical and pharmaceutical professionals.
3. Organize and implement promotion activities like round table discussions, patient awareness program and effective marketing tactical support programs.
4. Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks in order to assist in market access of new products.
5. Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels and report to Sales Manager in related to operational issues, and to provide and discuss feasible solutions.
6. Collect market intelligence and customer insight, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in science discipline or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
3. Demonstrated history of over-achieving sales targets
4. Good territory management skills with strong analyzing and planning capability
5. Able to work independently, self-motivated & result oriented.
6. Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skills and positive working attitude with passion
