职责:
1、定期更新政府部门要求的各种文件,管理商务合同;
2、人事档案管理;
3、按时上交各种报告,如:人事编制、医院和商业报表等;
4、协调和支持各类销售市场活动,如:学术会议,内、外部培训等;
5、确保公司内部和公司外部的有效沟通;
6、为大区日常运作提供秘书服务,协助大区经理处理相关行政和销售事务。
要求:
1、本科学历,英语/文秘专业优先;
2、至少2年以上相关工作经验;
3、良好的英语口头、书面沟通及电脑操作能力;
4、良好的沟通技巧。

Logistics support for various meetings;
Report preparation and document translation;
Internal and external communication, etc.

Sound computer skills, in particular MS software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
