Major responsibilities:
Understands overall brand strategies of Marketing Department and localizes annual/quatre regional promoting plans
Provides direction and insight related to tactical thought of regional market issues
Rolls out region marketing knowledge training for sales force
Conducts direct communication with 20-30 TLs to develop and manage speakers
Identifies regional opportunities and potential trend through regional market data interpretation
Collaborates with marketing on the creation and execution of regional unique activities
Works with Regional Sales Manager /Business Account Lead/COE champion/Biomarker team to plan and monitor regional promotional spending
Proactive provides insights on emerging market trend for RMs and central marketing
Participates or leads the brand key pilot rolling out
Identify regional marketing competitor landscape, provide regional competition strategy and implementation plan
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in medicine/Pharmaceutical or above
Minimum 5 years working experience Pharma industry, including sales and local marketing, Dermatology experience preferred
Able to work within matrix organization and provide leadership
Good strategic thinking agility in learning and good communications skills.
