岗位职责
职位描述
1. 开发、启动、维护和修订企业道德与合规计划及其相关活动的本地政策、程序和控制措施，以防止非法、不道德或不正当行为。
2. 与其他部门（如内部控制、风险管理、内部审计、人力资源部、法务部等）合作，处理风险、合规和控制问题。
3. 在集团道德与合规部门的监督和事先批准下，支持对规则、法规、政策、程序和行为标准涉嫌违规的本地调查。
4. 推出合规计划及相关活动，并采取适当措施提高其有效性。
5. 进行培训、内部控制和监督。
6. 定期或按要求向道德与合规部门提供合规报告。
7. 支持亚太区部分合规问题的处理。
8. 如需要，支持部分与法律相关的工作。
教育背景
• 法律相关教育背景，全日制本科及以上学历。
工作经验
• 在法律和合规相关职能领域拥有3年以上的深入工作经验。
• 拥有中国市场医药行业经验者优先。
人际交往能力
• 能够独立工作，也能作为团队的一员，以灵活的方式解决复杂问题。
• 良好的沟通技巧。
• 良好的英语沟通能力。
Job Description
1. Develop, initiate, maintain and revise local policies, procedures and controls for the general operation of the Corporate Ethics & Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
2. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Internal Control, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Legal Department, etc.) to deal with risks, compliance and control issues.
3. Under the supervision and prior approval of the Group Ethics & Compliance Department support local investigations in response to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
4. Roll out the compliance program and relates activities, and take appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
5. Conduct training, internal control and monitoring.
6. Provide compliance reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Ethics & Compliance Department.
7. Support part of APAC compliance issues.
8. Support part of Legal related work if necessary.
Education
• Full-time bachelor or above in legal education background.
Working experience
• More than 3 years of intensive experience in legal and compliance related functions.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience in China market is preferred.
Interpersonnel skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to resolve complex matters in a responsive way.
• Good communication skills.
• Good communication in English.
