任职要求:
•临床医学硕士或以上
Clinical medical post-graduated or above
•3年以上知名制药公司医学部工作经验,有2-3年医院临床工作经验者优先
Over 3-year well-known MNC medical department work experience, have 2-3 years clinical experience priority
•具有治疗领域/疾病领域的良好理解(如理解基本的疾病机制和相关的症状,评价终点和治疗方针,趋势等)
Good comprehensives on treatment field/therapeutic area(eg. mandatory disease principle and related symptom, evaluation end point and treatment policy, trending, etc)
•药品研发的基本知识对业务、商业和市场的良好理解
Basic knowledge of pharmacy development, good understanding of business, commerce and market
•优秀的解决问题的能力

岗位职责:
1. 发展和执行产品医学市场战略和计划以支持BU业务目标:
Developing and execute medical strategy and planning to support BU business target
•对特定疾病领域和药品发展有渊博的学识。
Have knowledge on specific therapeutic area and pharmacy development
•对品牌有良好的理解。
Good comprehensive on the brand
•与市场部保持沟通,对短期和长期的产品生命周期管理计划有良好的理解。
Keep great communications with market team, keep great comprehensive on short-term and long-tern product lift circle management planning
确保所有的已获批准的医学市场计划得到高质、按时以及在预算内的执行。Ensure all approved medical planning execute in high quality within time and budget
2、审阅、批准产品说明书和推广材料,确保它的科学性和准确性,确保它遵守公司SOP和中国的法规
Review, check product instructions and promotional materials, to ensure to ensure materials scientific and accuracy under company SOPs and China laws and regulations
3、对PMS提供医学支持,最优化执行临床研究:
Provide medical supports on PMS and optimize clinical study execution planning
•与市场部同事和KEE共同确定治疗领域中未被满足的医学需求。
Work with market team and KEE to determine unmet medical needs in the treatment field
•和业务团队共同选择临床研究中心,协调各种医学会议。
Coordinate diversity medical meetings with commercial teams to choose clinical research centre
•与Clinical Operation团队共同更新试验的预算和进度表,并提供季度的临床试验更新通讯。
Update research project budgets and schedule with clinical operation team, and provide clinical research updated data quarterly
完成各项医学发表,(包括摘要,壁报,全文等的撰写和发布,以及提交和最终定稿)。Complete various medical publications (including witting and publish of synopsis, newsletter and article, as the owner of submission and finalization process)4、负责核心KEE沟通和管理:
Responsible for communications and managements of major KEE
•在整个产品生命周期过程中,通过现场拜访和共同协作来沟通临床主要问题,以建立和维护与KEE的良好关系。
Through site visit and co-visit to discuss clinical key questions, to build up and maintain a good relationship with KEE in whole product life circle.
•与KEE关键客户沟通和传达最新的学术信息。
Communicate and deliver most updated scientific information with KEE
5、对DSCN及合作伙伴的销售人员进行相关疾病及产品知识培训
Train with DSCN and working partners’ sales on medical disease and product knowledge
6、收集医学资料和信息,为内部和外部客户处理解答相关医学领域的问题
Collect medical martials and information, to solve internal and external related therapeutic area questions
7、负责关键研究的文章发表
Assist with key research articles publication
