岗位职责
岗位职责描述：
1. Enhance local data generation and product lifecycle management from medical perspective to maximize product's value and long term development under supervision.
2. Provide medical input to business decision making under supervision.
3. Develop commercial's medical capability through training program design and periodic medical knowledge update in different settings through various channel.
4. Academic communication to enhance the delivery of new concept and Viatris products key message to key stakeholders, and establish cooperation and partnership with medical association to promote medical advancement under supervision.
5. Support Drug Registration Activities.
6. Review and approve all promotional materials and activities to ensure their scientific standard and medical compliance with external and internal requirements.
7. Provide medical expert opinion in safety events management to avoid negative impact.
岗位交付物：
1. Develop annual medical strategy and tactics executive summary aligning with Marketing teams.
2. Complete all tasks in the medical operation plan with other team members.
3. Build the orientation and advanced disease & product training course in the UMU platform.
4. Build up KOL mapping, and develop KOL insight reports /month/employee.
5. Review and approve promotional materials developed by each channel on time.

1. Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with the cardiovascular disease knowledge and clinical practice in the related therapeutic area.
2. Good interpersonal communication skills.
3. Excellent Teamwork/Collaboration.
4. Proactive planning and result oriented.
岗位能力基本面要求：
1. Master's degree major in clinical medicine in the cardiovascular area or related therapeutic area. Master above degree is preferred.
2. Language: Fluent in English
3. Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office software (eg. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
4. 3 years clinical practice in Tier 3 hospitals (corresponding specialty is preferred) / medical affairs experience in other multinational pharmaceutical companies.
