岗位职责

职位概要(Job summary):
公司应用系统的使用、支持、问题的诊断及解决；公司ERP System实施、测试、培训和相关文档编辑，数据维护及相关打印故障诊断和维护。
Mainly responsible for Application system daily support and enhancement, including ERP system (Special for Finance module) implementing, Testing, Training and Edit Training Manual, Data maintaining and relevant Report or Printer.
工作职责(Responsibilities):
1、处理来自用户的日常咨询
Dealing the inquiry from users as daily job
2、负责对系统用户的账户创建，密码管理及权限管控
Create user Account, password and define the relevant privilege
3、根据用户需求准备些比较简单的报告
Create some new repots according to use’s request
4、给与相关用户相应的培训并编写相应培训手册
Training relevant users and Edit some Training Manuals
5、参与系统新模块的实施并同系统顾问直接沟通
Involve new system Implementing and communicate with system consultant
6、根据用户需求编写简单程序
Write the simple program based on users demand
7、对用户的更改需求进行必要性分析
Analysis users' application is reasonable or not
8、管理变更清单并跟进相应的开发测试及正式系统的运行
Manage the revision list and follow up the development in test server and real production server
9、处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任职资格(Qualification) :
1、本科以上，计算机相关专业毕业。
Colleague degree or above in computer science or related qualification.
2、熟悉SQL数据库, Java/Python语言。
Master the SQL, Java/Python
3、懂ERP的知识和理念。
Know ERP knowledge well.
4、工作主动、严谨、负责，具有良好的沟通和表达能力。
Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Work attitude should be active, precise and conscientious.
5、需要有基础的编程和分析能力。Basic programming knowledge and analysis ability is necessary.
6、有3年以上财务和成本模块系统支持经验；Above 3 years experience of finance and cost system module supporting.
7、具备一定的英语基础，能听说读写简单的英语并有潜力提升英语能力。Have the better English skill- Have written, read, speak and listening skill for middle English and can study the English better.
