Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
1、Team Development:
a)Leads a team of product managers by providing leadership, coaching, and training.
b)Drives and coordinates Integrated Brand Teams (IBT).
2、Brand Portfolio Management & Strategy Development:
a)Development of sales and investment targets for a group of brands (in-market and pipeline).
b)Develops brand strategies, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing A&P budgets of defined group of brands, discusses with IBT.
c)Establishes market research programs & market insights for group of brands and monitors/anticipates market development (central and regional)
d)Provides input into strategic plan related to responsible brand segments and on ad hoc request from senior management
3、Market Intelligence:Maintaining healthcare environmental knowledge via analyzing the market performance, identifying trends, and comparing with competitor benchmark.
4、Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with sales team and medical team to map KOLs and develop KOL engagement plan to ensure strong brand endorsement from thought leaders.
5、Compliance with Applicable Policies:
a)Ensure the integrity of marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies.
b)Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.
Requirements:
1、At least 5 years brand management experience plus 2 years team leader experience.
2、Good command of English, CET6 and above.
3、Good communication skills.
4、Good planning & organization skills.
5、Initiative, quick-learner.
6、At least Bachelor’s degree preferably with the major of clinical medicine or pharmacy.
7、Master degree or MBA is desired.
