任职要求:
1. 本科及以上,医学/药学专业
Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
2. 具有医药销售行业经验
Experience in pharmaceutical sales industry
3. 2年以上肿瘤药DSM经验,肺癌背景优先
More than 2 years of experience as a DSM in oncology drugs, with a background in lung cancer preferred
4. 了解区域内的药品销售法律法规,对市场有较强的敏锐度,并有较强的开发能力
Understand the laws and regulations of drug sales in the region, have strong sensitivity to the market and strong development ability
5. 专业性强,具有较强的抗压能力,具有分析和解决问题的能力,有较强的沟通与表达能力,具有亲和力和领导力
Strong professionalism, strong pressure resistance, ability to analyze and solve problems, strong communication and expression skills, affinity and leadership.
岗位职责:
1. 根据市场情况与大区经理沟通制定所辖区域产品的销售计划并实施
Communicate with the RSM according to the market situation, formulate and implement the products in the jurisdiction.
2. 分解并完成辖区内的工作指标任务
Decompose and complete the work indicators and tasks within the jurisdiction
3. 严格管控本地区各级人员的销售行为,杜绝不正当销售现象的发生
Rigidly control the sales behavior of all levels in the district to exterminate the occurrence of improper sales phenomenon
4. 与大区经理/总监、区域市场部紧密沟通策划当地市场活动策略和计划
Closely communicate with RSM or Director and marketing department to plan local market activity strategies and plans
5. 跟踪和监督区域内市场销售计划执行情况并做出反馈
Track supervise the implementation of sales plan in the region and give feedback
7. 配合区域市场支持团队完成相关学术推广活动
Cooperate with regional marketing team to complete relevant academic promotion activities
8. 目标区域医院的开发与维护,建立良好的客户关系,并推动产品上量
Develop and maintain hospitals in target areas, establish good customers relations, and promote product volume.
9. 负责区域内员工的招聘,团队员工发展,进行绩效管理和教导
Responsible for regional staff recruitment, team staff development, performance management and guidance.
10. 做好团队内的管理工作,确保药品销售流向真实、完整、准确。
Do a good job in the management of te team to ensure the authenticity, integrity and accuracy of drug sales flow.
11. 加强拓展与覆盖工作以及目标医院的销售
Strengthen the expansion and coverage work and the sales of target hospitals.
12. 审批权限内各项费用的管理
Management of various expenses within the approval authority.
13. 与市场部、医学部等部门保持良好的沟通与紧密合作,深入推广产品,提高公司及产品的品牌形象
Maintain good communication and close cooperation with marketing department, medical department and other departments to promote products in depth and improve the brand image of the company and products
14. 参与制定所辖区域的管理制度和操作流程
Participate in the formulation of management system and operation process of the jurisdiction
