岗位职责
任职要求： YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Demand Planning: receive and filter the demand. Supply Planning: Develop and optimize supply plans to ensure timely availability of required materials to support production activities. Material Planning: Coordinate material requirements to ensure appropriate inventory levels of raw materials, preventing production disruptions. Production Planning: Create detailed production schedules to ensure efficient operations on the production line and optimal resource allocation. Trend Analysis: Conduct trend analysis on production and supply data, identifying potential issues and proposing improvement suggestions. Master data review / update: Regularly review and update material and production related master data in the ERP system. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field. English can be working language. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning management, with a comprehensive understanding of planning logic. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, capable of working with different departments. Strong numerical analysis skillswith the ability to identify and interpret data trends. Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other planning-related software, with solid computer skills. Familiarity with various ERP/MEP/WMS systems will be a plus.
