ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 负责药物研发项目中多肽样品的合成,分析,纯化以及多肽样品的生物物理,化学性质的鉴定
Responsible for peptide samples synthesis, analysis, purification and identification of their bio-physical and biochemical properties.
2. 设计固相以及液相合多肽,多肽与小分子,多肽与蛋白耦联的合成路线,以及解决合成实验过程中遇到的科学问题
Responsible for the design of solid and solution phase of synthetic routes for peptide, peptide and small molecule, peptide and protein conjugation and with the capable of trouble shooting synthetic issues.
3. 参与多肽药物的合理设计和结构优化,学习了解药物设计的生物靶标,并进行构效关系的研究
Participate in the rational design and structure optimization of peptides therapeutics. Perform the SAR study based on the understanding of disease target biology.
4. 协同多肽项目组成员共同完成多肽合成,纯化仪器的运行和日常维护,保证多肽样品合成的顺利推进
Collaborate with peptide team members to utilize and routinely maintain the automatic peptide synthesizer and preparative HPLC to support discovery project move forward in time.
5. 药物研发项目中多肽样品的分析,鉴定,制备纯化和样品的质量控制,储存和数据管理。
Independently responsible for peptide samples analysis, characterization and purification as well as quality control, data management and storage.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
博士学位,有≥2年多肽或者小分子合成研究经验,多肽尤佳
硕士学位,有≥3年药物合成研究经验,至少1年以上专职多肽合成纯化工作经验。
本科学位,有≥5年药物合成研究经验,至少3年以上专职多肽合成及纯化工作经验。
PhD degree plus 2 years or more drug industry experience, with small molecule or peptide synthesis position, preferred peptide experience.
Master degree plus 3 years or more drug industry experience, with at least 1 year focused peptide synthesis and purification experience.
Bachelor degree plus 5 years or more drug industry experience, with at least 3 year focused peptide synthesis and purification experience.
所学专业为药物化学,多肽化学等合成化学相关专业。
preference of candidate’s majors in medicinal or peptide chemistry and other relevant synthetic chemistry major.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND PREFERENCES
熟悉多种多肽合成方法,如目前工作不是深度参与多肽合成,必须有一定的多肽化学相关知识储备。
Familiar with peptide synthesis methodology. There is a must of sufficient peptide chemistry knowledge for the candidate currently not working on peptide synthesis.
对药物研发背景知识和药物研发过程有一定认识,对分析化学,生物物理化学交叉学科知识有一定了解,足以支撑在多肽合成中的遇到问题的分析和解决。
Demonstration of certain understanding of the background knowledge of drug discovery and development and the analytic chemistry, biophysics and chemistry interdisciplinary knowledge to support trouble shooting of peptide synthesis issue.
