岗位职责

Job Responsibilities
-Plans and leads the development and execution of regional medical/science liaison medical engagement plans in alignment with BI China MA strategies and regional commercial/management needs.
-Leads the regional MSL teams’ participation in relevant programs and activities engaging with external experts of strategic importance to the company.
-Builds and leads a team of top MSLs in the region.
-Leads collaboration of the MSL team with appropriate regional commercial personnel and the broader organization in a seamless and efficient manner.
-Ensures tight cost control across the assigned MSL activities and operations, and timely and accurate reporting to the National MSL Head
Qualifications
-Education/Degree Requirements: An advanced degree (MD, PhD or master’s degree)
-Major: life sciences
-Language skills & proficiency: good English communication and presentation skill
-Required professional certificates / licenses
