Responsibilities:
• Achieve business objectives and timely complete assigned projects within the given resource & timeline;
• Define marketing strategy and develop the annual marketing plan and operation plan;
• Implement various marketing plans and projects, coordination of marketing activities such national congresses, product exhibitions, seminars, various projects, etc ;
• Develop the promotion material consistently and creatively basing on explicit brand position and message to support sales team for HCP education;
• Collaborate with medical affairs to execute relevant project initiated by them like AB meeting, IIT, RWS, etc;
• Build up and maintain professional relationships with national and regional KOLs;
• Implement internal sales training to make sure team know product strategy, positioning, key messages well
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree, major in clinical medicine is preferred;
• Above 3 years working experience in multinational company;
• With both marketing or sales experience;
• Strong execution skill;
• Quick learner, good in interpersonal skill and communication;
• Good in English (both oral & written)
