岗位职责
职位描述：
1. To be responsible for pharmacy stock management, including medicines purchasing, storage and delivery;
负责药品库存管理，包括药品采购、储存和配送；
2. Ensure stock is adequately stocked and conduct monthly stock tracking and report；
确保药品库存充足并每月进行药品库存跟踪和报告；
3. Check information to make sure the right medication, right dose, right route of administration is dispensed to the right patient;
严格按系统和标准操作流程执行，检查药品信息以确保患者分配到正确的药物，并确保剂量合适、用药途径正确；
4. To provide essential answers to doctors and patient’s inquires;
为医患解答必要的用药方面的问题；
5. Provide high quality service to patients （including counseling to patient, etc.）;
为患者提供高质量的服务；
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
其他主管交付的工作内容。
岗位要求:
1. College degree in Pharmacy or above;
药学相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2. Minimum 2 years’ work experience at a hospital pharmacy setting;
两年以上医院西药房工作经验；
3. Related work experiences in similar foreign private hospital preferred;
如有外资私立医院相关工作经验优先；
4. Mid -level and above public hospital experiences preferred;
有二级以上医院工作经验优先；
5. Licensed pharmacist certificate.
具备药师相关专业资格证书。
