岗位职责
职位描述：
1. Ensure the best quality dialysis service provided to our patients;
确保提供给我们的病人优质的透析护理服务；
2. Daily management, maintenance, operation of dialysis machine;
日常的透析机器的管理，维护，操作；
3. Strictly implement working procedures in comply with Fresenius dialysis service standards in clinics;
在诊所内严格执行透析服务标准的工作流程；
4. Educate and guide patients with correct health care knowledge;
教育和指导患者正确的健康护理知识；
5. Continuously improve the patients service quality of clinics;
不断改善诊所的患者服务质量；
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company;
完成公司安排的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1. College degree or above in medical school/college;
医学院校专科以上学历；
2. Possess nurse qualification certificate and certificate to practice, and changeable registration;
具备护士资格证和执业证书，并可变更注册；
3. Possess blood purification work permit or training certificate in comply with the requirements of the local Health and Family Planning Commission;
具有血液净化上岗证或进修证；
4. Have a high sense of responsibility and service;
具备高度的责任心具备高度的责任心和服务意识；
5. Familiar with the application of office software such as word and excel;
熟悉Word和Excel等办公软件的应用；
6. Excellent learning ability;
优秀的学习能力。
