岗位职责
Construct strategic plan to identify appropriate methodologies to address key scientific questions with comprehensive understanding of pros and cons of each methodology
Conduct Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis and other bioinformatics analysis for therapeutic target identification, biomarker development, and other pharmaceutical-related activities.
Provide appropriate and effective support in terms of bioinformatics or data analysis need from collaborators or stake holders
Develop analysis pipeline and collaborate IT department for web application.
Develop machine learning or deep learning-based models to extract important features and attributes from omics datasets
Interpret analysis results appropriately and explains them accurately to project members.
Prepare reports and gives presentation on bioinformatics and NGS analysis to share information with colleagues and collaborators.
