任职要求：
Job Requirement：
1. Have a PhD degree in polymer science and engineering or biomedical engineering or equivalent academic qualifications. 2. The candidates may have knowledge of biology, cell culture experience.
3. Good English/Mandarin written and oral communication skills to ensure effective communication with biological personnel, with the ability to provide training to non-experts, and to effectively communicate in formal speeches and group meetings.
4. Have a research background in biomaterials and microfluidics.
5. Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate in a team environment. CUNJC is granted as Jiangsu Provin
岗位职责：
1.与项目负责人密切配合，开发微流控技术及其生物应用；
2.参与从微流控芯片初步制备方案的制定、可行性论证、项目立项、研发到专利成果申请的全过程；
3.在科研和项目报告、学术会议和同行评议期刊中交流进展；
4. 负责微流控技术领域相关文件的梳理总结、数据收集、项目建议书的提出、项目的立项和申报。
